RINJANI TREK ITINERARY 4D/3N TO SUMMIT – LAKE – HOTSPRING

Rinjani Trek Program for 4D/3N  starting from Sembalun to the crater rim Sembalun, summit, Lake – Hot spring and down to Senaru village.

This program is suitable for beginners climbers and family Tour for you are able to walk up and down the hill for an average of 6 hours per day

DAY ARRIVAL , We’ll picked up you on meeting point at  :

      ✓Lombok airport

We’ll pick-you up at your place and take to the senaru village in your hotel in senaru .

DAY.1

Wake up at : 6 : 00 am

6.30 am get breakfast.

7:00. Am we will drive you to the Sembalun village (1.100m) by car and register at the office of  Rinjani national park.

Trekking start from Bawak Nao Village  around 8.30:00 , 2 hours walking to  the post 1 (1300m), and another 40 minutes to Pos 2 (1500m).

 After lunch We will continue to Pos 3 (1800m)

go to Sembalun crater rim (2639m). It takes 3 hours .

DAY.2

Wake-up and getting have a small breakfast + Hot Drink.

2.30am – Start The trek to the summit of Mount Rinjani takes around 3 hours. The terrain is steep and often soft under-foot about the path consists of gravelly volcanic sand which makes it hard to walk , and forTemperatures heading to the summit can vary, but if it is windy there can be felt very coold . We recommend wearing double clothes inside of your jacket,  Warm hat and gloves

5.30am we reach on the summit of Mt Rinjani for in time to watch the sunrise over Lombok. The views from the summit of Mt Rinjani are Amazing and you can see to Mt. Agung , 3 Gili  in North of Lombok Gili Air, Gili Meno & Gili Trawangan and  mount Tambora in Sumbawa.

7am – Get back to basecamp. This is more easier than the walk up, and takes between 1- 2 hours.

9.00am – Breakfast on campsite

9.30 am –  Leave from campsite to  the lake 3 hours walking.

DAY 3

Lake > Senaru Crater Rim

(Approximately 4 hours walking; 633m ascent)

8:30am – Wake-up, have breakfast.

9:30am – Explore the lake and go to the hot springs for a shower / bath.

11:30am – Pack-up camp and commence hike to Senaru Crater Rim with rest breaks on the way

3:30pm – Arrive at Senaru Crater Rim, set up camp.

6pm – Dinner at Senaru Crater Rim, watch the sunset.

DAY 4.

Senaru Crater Rim > Senaru

(Approximately 5 hours walking; 2040m descent)

7:30am – Breakfast at Senaru Crater Rim.

9am – leave to trekking down walk off the mountain, back to Senaru .

The walk down from Senaru Crater Rim involves one hour on the open hill, and 3-4 hours walking down through the forest on an established path. You will take regular rest breaks for snacks and rehydration.

We will stop for lunch in the way rainforest, breaking for water break

2pm – Arrive at senaru office . Depending on how many breaks you have taken, we expect you will arrive back at our office between 1 and 2pm. When back at our office at Cakrawala Rinjani place and  you will take it of your  luggage and we’ll dropped you to destination
